Don’t Just Use AI. Build with It. Tools, Guided Tracks, and a Community
for Learners and Builders.
What Is Product with Attitude
This community learns AI the only way that sticks: by building, testing, experimenting and keeping our human judgment, attitude and craft.
We don’t stop at theory, it’s there to help us move.
Each article is published with an actionable path that advances your AI proficiency and critical AI literacy.
No matter your role or proficiency level, you’ll find a path that starts where you are today and moves you forward.
Attitude is how you think. Product is what you make from it. This community is where the two meet.
Why Building & Experimenting With AI Matters in 2026
Critical AI literacy is now the #2 fastest-growing professional skill, and 72% of employers report difficulty filling roles because the skills gap keeps widening.
The gap isn’t between people who use AI tools and people who don’t.
It’s between people who build with AI and people who haven’t found the right way in yet.
Using AI means typing a prompt, getting an answer, and moving on.
Building with AI means designing your own workflows, automating annoying tasks, chaining agents, designing systems, micro-apps.
Developing the judgment to know when AI helps your thinking and when it doesn’t, and building the muscle that makes you harder to replace.
This community exists to close that gap.
Who This Is For
You don’t need to be technical to join.
I’ve watched members of this community with zero technical background automate their workflows, build systems and ship apps that save them and their teams hours per week. Curiosity is enough.
Knowledge workers closing the AI skills gap on their own terms
Product managers and designers navigating AI integration without a playbook
Non-developers picking up vibe coding, prompt engineering, and AI workflows for the first time
Developers who want to build with AI beyond the tutorial, from Claude Code workflows to agent architectures
Solopreneurs, founders and indie builders shipping products and looking for beta testers, distribution, and a circle of peers.
Whatever your role, you can find a learning path tailored to your needs, that meets you where you are.

People who discover that building & experimenting is how you become technical
People who ship things they’d put their name on

Community
The people, the chat, the collaborations, the events & weekly rituals. This is a space for curious minds who’d rather learn together than scroll alone.
I don’t have an audience. I run a community.
The difference matters more than most people realize.
Joining PwA didn't just give me a community, it gave me traction. Karo has a rare ability to connect the right people at the right moment. Since joining, she's introduced me to an SEO specialist who validated my entire product homepage, and a visual branding expert who helped me build a consistent AI-generated avatar for my personal brand. That kind of curated network is hard to find. PwA accelerated things I would have figured out alone — eventually.

About Me
I ship physical AI products at a named company in Europe, I build indie products on the side, I live under EU AI Act compliance, I parent AI-native kids, and I teach critical AI literacy to 17,000 people.
I’m Karo, an AI product manager, builder, and thinker who spends most of her time inside AI systems to understand what they’re built to do.
I write this newsletter to help people build critical AI literacy, stop consuming AI passively, and start building with it on purpose.
In practice:
I write with a builder’s hands and a PM’s brain, so you get practical workflows and deeper product insight.
I test everything and document the failures, not just the wins.
I interview real builders about the judgment calls nobody else asks about.
I share the tools I build, the prompts, the workflows, the code.

FAQ
Q: What is Product With Attitude, in one line?
A: It’s a community for people who want to build with AI—not just use it—and keep it useful, sustainable, and in service of their goals.
Q: Why is it called “Product With Attitude”?
A: Because building great things with AI requires more than LLMs - it requires skills, taste, curiosity, and a little defiance toward mediocrity.
Q: How is Product with Attitude different from other product communities?
A: Most traditional product communities are surprisingly uncooperative. They focus on competition, gatekeeping, job titles, or defending old frameworks. Product with Attitude is built for cross‑disciplinary collaboration, open experimentation, and genuine support. Here, every member shares experiments, asks questions, and helps others learn, from PMs and developers to creators, coaches, and poets. Curiosity is the only entry ticket, and every breakthrough is collective.
Q: Who can benefit from joining Product with Attitude?
A: Builders, creators, indie hackers, educators, product people, and anyone curious about using AI to create value.
Q: Do I need a technical background to join?
A: Not at all. Most members come from product, design, education, writing, or psychology. If you’re curious, you belong. The tools are designed to be understandable, not intimidating.
Q: What’s included in the Premium Membership?
A: So many benefits! And the list is continuously growing! Premium unlocks the full resource library (Guides, Prompt Packs, Automations, and Templates), early access to new tools, private community sessions, and a complimentary Discovery Call to map your next steps. Explore Premium Resources here.
Q: Can I use your prompts commercially?
A: Yes, unless a post states otherwise. Please credit Product with Attitude.
Q: What is vibecoding?
A: Using natural language prompts to model, prototype, and build prototypes and products with the help of AI.
Q: How is speccoding different from prototyping?
A: Spec‑driven prompting that turns product specs into executable AI behaviors and workflows.
As always, feel free to DM me, I’m just a message away! I respond to every message.
