One year of building in public, 18K-member AI newsletter community, three built-in products, and discounts that make your Substack paid subscription a no-brainer.
These are some incredible resources and tools. Kudos to building these and for all of the effort, ingenuity, creativity, and dedication that you put into this.
Hey Karo! Thank you so much for including Slow AI in your curated list and also for the genuinely insane value that you offer your paid subscribers! Not just the content but your community building, kindness, and collegiality as well! 🙏🙏🙏
haha, sounds like me, I totally felt that part about the five stages of grief when things started changing. And honestly, I think my biggest struggle was just the "bargaining" phase where I kept trying to stick to my old schedule even when it wasn't working anymore.
My five stages of grief: still in the “lol maybe I’ll write… someday” era 😂 It just feels like so much work, and even keeping up with everyone else’s posts is a a lot now. But fr, thank you for grinding so hard. you’re bringing insane value to people on Substack.

You rarely build for who you expect, you build for who shows up.
That's very, very true for me!
Looks like you have some great things dialed in for q2, those pivots you made or infinitely viable as experience and examples.
Thank you! Really trying to maximize the value I bring. Thank you so much for reading 🤗

Thank you! I have the same problem, there’s so much great content on Substack, I barely have time for books anymore. 🤗
OMG same 🫠
😂
Thank you for everything you do Karo! Your work to be the most interesting on Substack for me.
That's so kind of you Bernie!!! Thank you for all your support🤗
Building in public for a year before the audience becomes a community is the hard part.
Most people want the community result without the 52 weeks of showing up first.
