Truly amazing, Karo! An awesome builder like you giving a platform to showcase other builder tools. So many wonderful products here and I'm honored to have mine included in them. Thank you so much! 🤗

Karo, thank you so much for including me & SubflowAI in this llist!!

It is so cool to see so many builders together here building so many things in different ways... More power to each of the builders here and above all kudos to you for bringing/spotlighting together everyone as a community!!

Karo this is outstanding! I love seeing this shift to builder spotlights. You're right that the industry usually rewards "hype over craft" so having a lab where we can see what's actually being shipped is a breath of fresh air.

It's also so inspiring to share this space with people who are actually doing the work. This community is becoming the ultimate proof of what happens when you just start building! 🚀

The gap between "I have an idea" and "I shipped something" is still the same size.

Tools got faster. The scoping decision didn't.

The profiles of solo builders shipping in 2026 are a better signal of where AI product development is actually heading than any VC landscape map. The pattern I keep noticing is that the products holding retention have a narrow wedge rather than a broad platform ambition from the start. What separates the builders in your showcase who shipped and held usage from those who shipped and saw it drop off — is it the wedge, the distribution, or something else? Awesome community initiative Karo! So cool to see some tools I've loved using here. Shoutout to Dheeraj & Raghav.

I also checked out Ileana's tool, really innovative. Very different approach to building with AI than what I've come across.

Excited to try out the other tools on here

newsletter to builder lab is the right move. the showcase format does something a typical post cannot - it externalizes the community output and makes the collective intelligence visible.

the best PM communities I have been part of did something similar. what gets shared starts shaping what gets built.

Karo (Product with Attitude)'s avatar

Exactly! Thank you for reading Mykola🤗

appreciate the platform you are building here. communities that make output visible change what gets built next.

The shipping ones are always more useful than the planning threads.

What's the ratio of solo builders to small teams in this batch?
